Does anyone think this could possibly develop as well...or just convection tagging along Arlene's tail?

That's just the southernmost portion of the eastern band of convection from TS Arlene, nothing more, or at least for now.

It looks totally separate from Arlene. However, it looks anticyclonic meaning it is rotating clockwise, rather than anticlockwise..
