The convection is gone. The LLC seems to be weaken a little. Recon shows 50 knots of wind which is around 60 mph. Reduced to the surface is around 50 mph.

I'm going to say 50 mph.

Recon has found a report of 75 mph winds at flight level likely will be around 65 mph.

Agreed. I voted 50 MPH. I see very little convection as compared to earlier. I actually wouldn't be surprised if the next advisory reduced it to less than that.

EDIT: I guess Arlene still does have a few surprises left for us.
