MM5 develops it to http://moe.met.fsu.edu/cyclonephase/mm5 ... 306/7.html

It develops near that blob of convection this morning. Also when it moves north of Cuba the enviroment is pretty favable.

With the cold low in the GOM moving out southeast, plus the
trof off the east coast moving out, 94L is going to have about a good
of a chance as it's going to see in the next 48 hours.

If or when this develops the Cmc has scored then. That model has been showing the development of this with the track it has tooken for many days. I would not be surprized if we start see the nhc use it alot more often.

The NHC looks at all of the models, but the GFS is NOAA's baby, so of course,
they are going to reference it a lot. :D

The core of that system will move towards the gulf i believe... there may be something that moves up the east coast, but I just cant trust the GFS... generally, things go the other way.. believe me, i hope it does come north up the coast, we could use the rain badly..
