No. It is sorta the southwestern Caribbean just north of colombia/venezuela.
Eastern Caribbean is the archipelago of islands and we WISHED this was the cyclone graveyard ... instead, they turn us into graveyards.

what about the island?
She means the island chain(Grenada/Barbados/Trinidad etc.).
Storms that usually fall apart cross those islands with barely a closed circulation or nothing at all(just a wave).
