1959: Hurricane Cindy developed on July 7th (became a depression on July 5th). An unnamed hurricane developed prior to Cindy, making her the 4th.

1933: Tropical Storm #4 developed on July 21. (Total-21)

1969: Hurricane Debbie developed on August 18. (Total-18)
-open Atlantic
1995: Tropical Storm Dean developed on July 30. (Total-19)
-went into Houston area
2003: Hurricane Danny developed on July 16. (Total-16)
-open Atlantic
