So far not many here are commenting on the fact that this is the 4th named storm so far. This year has been amazing. Anyone else agree? I am dumbfounded. Guess most are thinking that because we have had only TS and not canes, no big deal, but just wait they'll be here, shortly. The Carib/ATL atmosphere is getting primed! NHC comments below..11 am adv.
BANDING FEATURES ARE BECOMING BETTER DEFINED AND...BASED ON A DVORAK
CLASSIFICATION OF T2.5 FROM TAFB...THE CYCLONE IS BEING NAMED.
THIS IS THE EARLIEST DATE EVER TO HAVE FOUR NAMED TROPICAL CYCLONESIN THE ATLANTIC BASIN. THE STORM WILL BE IN A LOW-SHEAR AND HIGH
OCEANIC HEAT CONTENT ENVIRONMENT FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS...SO
FURTHER STRENGTHENING IS LIKELY.....
Amazing year! Agree? 4 storms in 1st MONTH!
