As a 1012 MB low. This map was just released, I'm sure it will be mentioned in their 2:05 AM discussion. What in the world is going on with the Tropics. WOW!!!!!!! :D

It is fellowing a 1995 or 1933 season kind of. In which the 1995 had alot of its cape verdes storms become fish. In which is my thinking for this year.

I expect this system to slowly become better oreganize over the next few days. In a few models hint at development. They are taking it to the northwest mostly. I expect this to become a depression with in 36 hours.

That low could just be the monsoon off Africa. Lets see if it is introduced on the 2:05 TWD.

Wow, you ask a lot of questions. And the term "fish" is used to describe a Cape Verde storm [usually], that never makes landfall; turning north and then east out to sea. From the term "fish out to sea."
