tHIS MAY BE DUE TO THEM FINDING I BELIVE IT WAS 104KNT WIND in the se weakess quad of the storm. This may possibly be the reason.

I guess it's due to increase strength of the storm.

Since its moved a tad westward when it crossed Cuba... and probably since the TS winds extend out 150-200 miles... it is prudent IMO to issue a TSW out to there.

It's a big bad storm.

There's no other reason I get up at 3:45AM than an advisory for a beast nearby.

Hmmm that's all I can think. Maybe they'll feel TS force winds that far out. This is a wide storm.

I just wish I had your problem. I can't even get to sleep, though I tried. Consequently, nothing from which to "get up"!!

Believe they said it's over 200 miles

Edit: "and tropical storm force winds extend outward up
to 230 miles"
