I've only been tracking the radar since 10:15, so I can do another update at 11am and then every 30 after that, but a 10:30 update would probably be useless.

I was wondering about that. I still like to plot the old fashioned way -- paper and pencil -- and thought that the position was too far north and east. I was wondering if my map was wrong.

After the NW Florida radar stopped working (at least temporarily), I switched to Mobile radar. The Mobile and NW Florida radars place the eye at rather different positions.
"9am" and "10am" are NHC estimates; "1015", "1025", and "1035" are radar fixes from NWFL, and "1045" is the radar fix from Mobile.
The NWFL radar is closer to the center, but the Mobile radar is much more in line with NHC estimates, so I'm not sure which one to "believe".
