This system has quickscat support for the last few days for a LLC. It has formed a large area of convection over a well defined LLC. The models love this sysem. It appears that this might just go ahead in develop.
Its centered at 13 north/26 west....

Looks like that Might be the case;TD5 is moving in a more favorable enviroment escaping the dry air and SAL.
