comparing Dennis to Emily

the last report at 5am edt for Emily was 30 hours after Emily's formation in the Atlantic... she had winds of 45mph and a pressure of 1003mb

for Dennis, 30 hours after his formation he had 65mph winds and pressure down to 994mb.

There's a big difference in where Dennis formed than where Emily did.Dennis formed after it passed through the islands. Emily formed at around 42 degrees west. Dennis had a lot warmer water to cruise over.

yeah I know but just thought to do a little comparing of the two storm AND their situations.

once Emily enters the Caribbean, if shear isnt too high, she could strengthen as much as Dennis did, and the thing about it is, Emily has a head start!
