Storm surge and Cozumel

Emily is predicted to arrive with a 20-25ft. storm surge. What kind of damage can this due to Coz? How long will the water stay up above sea level? I have been down to that beautiful island a few times and I hope that everyone will be ok. I know it is pretty flat. Will the surge cover the entire island? Any info and comments will be appreciated. :cry:

try 8 to 12 feet. don't make it worse than it already is.

Sorry, I caught part of TWC discussion predicting 20-25ft. I know I shouldn't really listen to them, but my son had it on and I was in the other room. :roll:
