An open apology to Galveston Duck

A while ago, I did something that was in bad taste, and was an action of cruelty and insensivity. I baited one of the moderators (Galveston Duck) in a salacious and obnoxious post, and engaged in name calling, that was both juvenile and insulting. I've been banned, (not suprised, nor seeking clemency), but have not had a chance to make restitution to the indvidual.

Had I had the opportunity to do so earlier, I would have said that I was sorry for being insensitive, nasty, and provocative. I do understand that this board is a valuable resource for many, and is an oasis in the vast desert that is the internet. It is also my realization that people value friendships on this board, and take such relationships very seriously. I'd just like to take this opportunity to say to Duckie that I am deeply sorry for having offended her back a month ago, and only wish that the words never came out of my fingers. I've regretted it, and want to sincerely make amends.

This is being written in complete sincerity, with no expectation of anything on my part---I do not expect to gain respectability or anything else, but do wish to apologize like a man.
