? Northern Eyewall

I s the northern eyewall the most dangerous?i mean the outer part of the northern eyewall?if so won't texas receive some of the greatest winds from this if if keeps moving wnw?any comments would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, the northern-northeastern eyewall is the strongest part of the hurricane.

No, Texas will not be impacted by the northern eyewall.

Extreme south Texas will probably receive moderate tropical storm force winds...they probably won't experience hurricane conditions.
