Well anyway back on topic...I've haven't read a single news article about northern Mexico evacuations, and with Emily taking a jog west-southwestward, I'm getting concerned. And according to this map, northern Mexico isn't as unpopulated as many say it to be, there are actually a few small towns along the beach in northern Mexico. Should Emily strengthen to a Cat 4, the storm surge could kill dozens.
Or, as mentioned in the first paragraph, the media doesn't care, evacuations have been complete, Mexicans are well prepared.
