The funny pictures thread made me think there should be one of AMAZING photos... you know the kind that make your heart stop and a lump in your throat and tears form in joy kind of photos.

Instead of posting this picture directly I decided to direct everyone to the photographer's web site instead. The story needs to go along with it. Mind you it's slightly graphic (there is some blood) but it is a photo I still can never forget! I am sure many of you may have already seen it... but there is updates to the photo so you will want to look around the website to see what's happened to the subject of the photo since!
