Eastern Atlantic Tropical Summary - EATS OUT on August 15, 2005

<img src="http://www.diamondheadweather.com/eats20050816.jpg">

While dry air tries to move southwest into the Eastern Atlantic, another
surge of moisture is poised to exit the African coast in the next 12-24 hours.

I do not expect the tropical wave near 40W to develop into a tropical cyclone.

The tropical wave near 20W continues to have a good presentation, and
I believe this will become out next invest area in the next 24-48 hours as it moves westward.
