I spent a little time trying to figure out if one could do animations in Google Earth, but it doesn't seem to be possible yet.

My idea was simply to have a folder full of overlays and turn the visibility on for each one in sequence, kind of like the "tour" idea works for placemarks, but sequencing through overlays instead on points of view.

The idea was to do a network link that would offer animated model output from the global model runs.
