Unbelievable...AGAIN New Orleans...
Tampa dodged the bullet last year...Miami always seems to avoid the worst of it...
New Orleans...the biggest potential disaster of them all...a moment decades in the making...what weather fanatics, whether you like it or not, have been fantasizing about for years.
As far as I can see, the ONLY thing working in the Gulf coastline's favor at this point is that this is a female named hurricane, which historically speaking, especially over the past 20 years, have not caused nearly as much destruction as their male named counterparts.
Yet again one of the "Big 3" facing total destruct
