THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION THIRTEEN ARE SHOWING SIGNS OF
REGENERATION ABOUT 850 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF BERMUDA. THIS
SYSTEM COULD BECOME A TROPICAL CYCLONE AGAIN TONIGHT OR TOMORROW AS
IT MOVES NORTHWARD.
