I am using a dial-up connection from my father-in-laws home that just had power restored. Can anyone tell me what they know about Dauphin Islands situation, we just aren't hearing much. Thanks

I saw the fly-over video on WKRG TV. West end of DI washed out, buildings missing. East end of island trees and buildings standing some wind damage. Lots of overwash until you got to east end. Looked kind of
like Ivan damage on west and got better as got east. Road covered with sand. From what I heard is they found the few people who stayed on DI were ok.
