This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Thanks.

A quick check of the scorecard.

As of 9/12

1933 had 14 named storms. Next storm #15 - 9/16
1995 had 13 named storms. Next storm Noel 9/26
2005 has 15 named storms. Next storm ???

So we are ahead of 1933 by 4 days, and two weeks ahead of 1995.

I wondered about that the other day, but didn't take the time to look it up. Thanks for the info.
