This morning was supposed to be "their morning." This morning, pretty much nothing. It's still too early to call, but they could easily dodge a huge bullet this time in the northern part of the Outer Banks. They're having some wind; spits of rain. The ocean is really one of the only indications that there is some terrible weather out there.
