I see no reason why to change my personal thoughts on intensity. 120-130 kt before Texas. Very dangerous hurricane...

Also, I think it could be 105-115 mph hurricane by the Florida Keys...this has the potential to be a very nasty hit.

Looks like she will be large in circumference once she really gets her act together. I don't see any reason why Rita can't become a cat 4,maybe strong cat 4
