I think you first cold front is going to be about a week too late for us here in southeast Texas. Your luck has run out it appears.

From the AUS/SAT afd:

IN THE LONG TERM.?.THE FORECAST WILL VERY MUCH DEPEND ON THE
EVENTUAL PATH OF RITA. THE PROJECTED PATH HAS BEEN TRENDING A BIT
FURTHER RIGHT...BUT DUE TO THE UNCERTAINTY...SEE NO REASON TO MAKE
ANY BIG CHANGES YET. THEREFORE WILL CONTINUE THE TREND OF
INCREASING POPS AND DECREASING MAX TEMPERATURES FOR WEEKEND(FRI-
SUN). VISE VERSA ON MON-TUE AS RITA MOVES ON...AND A RIDGE BUILDS
BACK INTO TX AHEAD OF TROF MOVING INTO THE GREAT BASIN. A LONG
WAVE TROF DEVELOPING OVER THE NE CONUS MAY RESULT IN OUR FIRST
COLD FRONT AROUND MID TO LATE WEEK.
