Agreed. She seems to have just about everything going in her favor--extremely warm SSTs, upper level anticyclone supposed to sit in above her, low shear. About the only thing she doesn't have going for her is a little bit of dry air. But, quite frankly, I think she has enough else going for her that the relatively small amount of dry air she'll be dealing with can be worked out. Truth be told, I think she has even more going for her than Katrina did. Only interaction with land is going to slow her down, which is why I believe she'll be 135 to 140 at landfall. But if she's moving along at a good clip--say, 12 to 15 mph--she could very well make landfall higher than that.
