Question for anybody..

Ok.. I have one of these new "markup maps" here.. How do I mark it, like what my personal forecast of Wilma would be..? It's probably very simple lol

Jus open it up in paint.. Start.. Programs.. Accesories.. Paint.. Then just start messing around.. You will get the hang of it

You can use MSpaint, or another editing software like Photoshop.
