Blue Tarps Still in Palm Beach County

I feel so sorry for these people, There is an entire condo complex down by the Gardens Mall where every single building has a blue tarp. Our neighborhood seems pretty good.
We went over to Punta Gorda a couple of weekends ago (BTW, the Best Western Waterfront was great!!) and still couldnt believe the amount of damage still there.
