if i looked at those right, it looks like a little more north of what they have been saying. nogaps looked like it was going in too close for comfort. :(

is that true or not? I haven't used those links before.

p.s. thanks for posting them though Ortt. -and putting up with all us novices. we might not always like what you say, but everyone should respect your professionalism and willingness to share your expertise.

those are about 24 hours old.

right now, we're just running 1 run cycle per day, since we are doing 4 runs of the MM5, one with the CMC, one with GFS, one with GFDL, and one with NOGAPS initial conditions

the key is, look at the extent of the wind field

looks like most of florida will be awfully windy sunday night and monday.
