LETS CONTINUE ROLLING - WHEN WILL "DELTA" FORM?

The extratropical low pressure center, now referred as 95L, is showing some subtropical characteristics and has a great potential becoming our 25th, yes, 25th named (sub)tropical system of the year. The name will be Delta. Lets ask when do you think "Delta" will form?

I think the environment down there is unfavorable and hopefully will remain so. Theres a ton of shear and dry air. But the way this season has been who knows for sure?

Look at the shear map...this thing is strong enough at the upper levels to keep the shear over it zero.

I wouldn't mind if this thing developed. This thing doesn't have that much of a shot at landfall, and it'd be another name down. I voted 4pm tomorrow.
