Truly sad
Ya know......as I've said before, this is my first holiday season in Criminal Investigations and MY GOD, I CANNOT BELIEVE the rash of burglaries we're having. I've processed 13 scenes in just 8 days.......it's SAD, why do people have to RUIN someone's holidays? Sorry for the rant.......this is a tough job but yet, I LOVE it...I just HATE seeing people coming up for the holidays only to have their summer cabins ransacked and precious memories taken for DRUG MONEY

That is so sad, Dennis. I know what it's like to come home
and find your things scattered about the floor, drawers
yanked out on the floor, large items missing (i.e. stereo
systems, musical instruments) - even the food from the
kitchen cubbards thrown about all over the place. Personal
items - underwear - (*heeeey - that's gettin' pretty dang
personal!) lying about. You feel personally violated.
That's the last way those folks wanted to feel, especially
attempting to have a fun and festive holiday!

I have never been the victim of a home invasion, I have however had my vehicles broken into in the back yard so I can ONLY imagine what that feels like Breeze!
