I think with the forecasted La-Nina event that things might shift further toward the east, so I am going to say the Eastern Carribean. Of course, I guess it is not really known if the La-Nina event will last past Spring.

I say atlantic, western or central, may be development from an extratropical system.

I think it forms just east of Miami and then slowly moves up the east coast of FL. I would predict that this happens the 2nd or 3rd week of June. Max intensity will probably be around 75mph.

i say western carribean b/c there was a tropicall wave a few weeks ago according to my friend that was there but it hit the yuchatan before it could develop that gives me proof that the area may be favorable to develop

Central Caribbean here... but lots of logic for one further to the east; I'm simply going on history of early forming storms which seem to favor formation in the eastern Atlantic and the Caribbean at the beginning of the season.

This is a good question as many first season systems have formed on the tail end of fronts...which would argue for a more north location. The other argument is the warm water over the Carib lends itself to more southern location. Ill throw my dart at the Gulf of Mex.

I'll say just south of the yuchatan in the western gulf around mid may 14th-20th.
