This is good news at least temporarily as oil goes down gas prices will go down too.Let's hope that oil prices continue to fall however I fear with the Iran standoff loomimg the prioces will go again up.

That is good news and over the past few weeks, the gas prices have already been dropping.

I just bought regular at $2.05 per gallon. I can deal with that - though I wouldn't object to even lower prices.

Today was like a miracle. Gas prices were $0.78/litre. Lowest I have been in months. Now, if we can get back to the normal $0.60-$0.70/litre.

I'm a Northeast girl at heart - born in NY.

We have alot of refineries around the Philadelphia area - actually, NJ has lower gas prices than PA and DE and we don't have self-serve!

Other benefits - Close to NYC, Philadelphia, Washington DC, the Poconos, the Jersey shore and the DE and MD beaches. Equal length of each season; Winter starts in December, Spring starts in March, etc. like the calendar tells us. GREAT accents, depending on the part of the state you live in!

More good news as Crude Oil trade today closed below $59.00 a barrel.Let's hope that this downward trend continues and we will see the price at the pump continue to go down.

Of course ours hasn't gone down. The pumps at Diamondhead are the only pumps on the interstate for a 40+ mile stretch between Slidell and Long Beach/Pass Christian.

Captive audience and all that.
