Yes, Shep mentioned that but this was more extensive testing done to be sure.

The U.S. Agriculture Department said on Monday a more advanced test showed an animal that tested "inconclusive" for mad cow disease during the weekend was positive for the illness.

-->USDA says advanced tests show animal had mad cow

Oh no! Mad cow, time to evacuate the USA. Gosh, I've been through this how many times in Canada. You guys cut off our beef. We had city wide parties to sell it. It was a lot of fun, farmers came and cooked beef everywhere in Canada. People by the millions turned out and paid like $5 for some BBQed beef. Those were the days... Lol.

No need to panic Americans. It'll be alright. Unless you get Foot and Mouth. Now, that might be cause for concern... Just kidding!

Another reason why I am not eating meat...well at least beef. I would have to live in Alabama wouldn't I. I love the way they say not to worry because the cow didn't get out in the food supply.

I just heard that the brains and some other part of the cow are affected and are banned from selling.
