Read NOAA Spring Outlook at USA Weather Forum
NOAA just issued it's Spring outlook and says things that concern those who live in the gulf coast and in the southern plains about above average temps that may have implications in the GOM.So go to the USA Weather Forum for the details of the NOAA outlook that I know is of interest for those who follow tropical weather that live in the U.S Mainland.
