NHC Backup Mode

The NHC webpage is in a backup mode. There is text on the website: 'NHC/TPC is conducting a test of backup web operations Thursday, April 20th from 8AM to 2PM EDT. Some products may not be available during this test.'

Anyone know whats going on there? Is it just to test everything?

its exactly what the banner states, to test their back-up web page...
