Avatar Size Problem

I keep getting this message about the avatar from my computer when I try to post it in the "upload from your machine", It reads: " The avatar must be less than 140 pixels wide and 200 pixels high"

It is only 7.48KB (7,663 bytes) and it is only 95 pixles high by 150 pixles wide. What am I doing wrong.? This is the link where I got it from & I moved it to a file on my computer.

It appears that the size requirement is being meet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The limit is 140 pixels wide and the one you're using is 150 pixels wide.
