I was perusing some of the other weather site and came upon this. Yeah, yeah, I know I am not suppose to do that. But I found this post pretty much on the freaking money, as far as location.... I have seen his posts on some other sites that he mentions where the first system will develop and he mentions in or near Guatemala area...I guess some people are just plain lucky..
