I didn't get much sleep Monday night because of Alberto, but I slept really good last night with a little help from a 6mg Zanaflex XR :D

I don't need a weather system to not give me sleep. Ya'll should know how I sleep by now. I hardly get any. Last week I got about 25 hours for the whole week. I think that it is getting close to the time I need to talk to my doctor about this. It's been buggin me for years.

I never sleep good.Even after quiting the grocery business I still have a hard time sleeping. When I worked for them I use to get around 12-20hrs sleep a week.My mother-in-law even told me one time that 2.5 hours of sleep is to must!!!

It is quite difficult for me to go to sleep but once asleep nothing gets me up besides my internal clock (i.e. I always tell myself I need to get up at X:00 o'clock and usually I get up around that time except when I'm dreaming, which puts me into an even deeper sleep). In the same week I had one day when I hardly ever got any sleep, the night my relatives arrived in which I had to move downstairs, and the night when my relatives left, they were bawling cause they shook me like crazy and I could not get up to go with my dad to send them to the airport.

I wish I could sleep more, but I average 4-5 hours. I do not sleep well.

Sleep? What's that?

I was diagnosed with insomnia as a young child. I don't think I'll ever get enough sleep. Hurricane season doesn't help that, but it doesn't excuse the non-sleep off-season, either! :sadly:
