Yeah, looks like it is forming a low from the tropical wave that is about to cross the Lesser Antilles. Dr Masters' blog post yesterday had a note on this:
Several models are pointing to the possibility of tropical storm development around the middle of next week south of Bermuda, but the liklihood of this appears low at this time.

Caribbean right now looks marignally favorable for development but look at that EPAC, what the heck happened there? The shear there was like all blown away!
