I buy some daylilies on line but I pay with a money order. The shipper doesn't mind since they do not have to wait for the check to clear a bank and I don't use a credit card online after someone hacked into my AOL account and stole my password. AOL has been canceled as of yesterday for us.

That's why AOL is known as hacker central!

About once a month, using paypal or a debit card. I have a separate checking account set up for only that purpose. Usually that account has about $0.59 in it but when I buy something, I'll transfer the $$ into the account. That protects my other account and bill money from hacking.

Never, I don't have a creditcard and I don't know anyone who has one (creditcards aren't popular here).

Great idea, Ed.

I don't know how often because it varies. I may shop several times online one week and not again for several weeks, a month or longer. I do buy a lot of Christmas, other gifts, DVD's, etc. online. I'm a bargain shopper though so I'm always looking for deals and buy most things on sale or clearance.

Coriolis--

You might want to check with your bank and make sure they would not cross accounts on you if the one you use for the net is hacked. Some banks would cover one account with another.
