Well, I can tell you it isn't Herbet's, it's Hebert's (a French name IIRC).

Try a search of the forum - I know there have been a couple good threads on it before. If that doesn't turn up anything, try googling it.

Hurricane city had a good explantion on it. Been awhile since I've visited the site...

Also, good point WR. The majority loves to put the r before the b....
