Ergonomically correct
Okay, how many of you can say that your workspace is "ergonomically correct"? Care to share your secrets? PLEASE?

When I was in an office, it was...until they realigned the department, shifted bosses, and moved us to Texas City, which led me to leave and go to patient care (which I had first wanted to do when I moved here from KY anyway).
My good boss got us new chairs a few years agoe (with adjustable arms, seat, and backs), lumbar pillows, foot rests, and wrist supportsfor use with both our keyboards and mouses. Not to mention all the incredible stuff she did to assist us with increasing our productivity. She ruled!
Of course, there are ergonomic keyboards also, but I think that would have thrown some people off. Apparently you can get used to them. But we opted to skip that part.
Now if you ask me about my home desk, that's another story. LOL! I desperately need an office chair.

I got a VuRyte copy holder several years ago and carted it around to the various projects I worked on. Best money I ever spent! Since having neck surgery in 1994 and 1995, I just couldn't do the old-fashioned looking to the side while typing thing any longer. This copy holder sits right in front of you between the keyboard and the monitor - no more neck strain and it promotes good posture since your spine is in better alignment. Funny how one little change can make such a huge difference.
