Tornado Watch is in effect along and south of a line from Palestine to Waco to Junction line until 10:00AM CDT this morning. While most of the North Texas areas get 1/4 to 1/2 an inch of rain, some isolated areas may get up to an inch. Today's high will be in the 70s and the low will be near 60. The city of Weatherford managed to get some rain, but will it be enough to fill their water supply, which is next to nothing?
As for the rest of the week, skies will be Mostly Sunny to Partly Cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms on Thursday and Saturday, highs on Wednesday will reach the lower to mid 80s and lows will be in the upper 50s before the cool snap begins. From Thursday on, Highs will be in mid to upper 60s to near 70 with lows in the 40s.
In other words...IT'S FINALLY AUTUMN!
