Your latest and greatest Music DVD's

Pink Floyd's Pulse

If you are a serious Pink Floyd fan, or have ever wondered how in the hell they could ever perform Dark Side of The Moon live, then this is a must purchase. DSOTM is Rock's longest charting album ever released. I sat back in my recliner last night and listened in all its surround sound glory. I had footsteps running behind and all around me. The precise clanging of cash registers from Money. You will get your money's worth out of your surround sound system, that's for sure. The only thing missing was somebody tapping me on the shoulder and saying, "ere, want a hit"? David Gilmour is just incredible on guitar and vocals, and Mason (Drummer) and Wright (Keyboards) are tight as can be. They present a certain arrogance; an air you can project when you know what your playing is something the audience will remember forever. Recorded in 1994, this has just recently been re-mixed and put onto DVD format.

But seriously, if you've never seen Pink Floyd in concert, you will wonder what the heck you were doing all those years wasting money at Duran Duran concerts.

These guys are absolutely, hands down, (next to Yes) the greatest quality live performance you will ever see. The light show is simply amazing, and merely a bonus to the music.

I give this a 9.9 out of 10 rating. Why not a 10?? During a good portion of "Time" there was too much emphasize on the video screen and light show, and not enough focus on the band.

Still partial to the "Delicate Sound of Thunder Live" DVD, but that seems to more video intense, while Pulse is a much better soundtrack type of DVD.

Can't go wrong with either though....
