Eastern Carolina's Rain
will the deluge ever end? today is day 3 of the rain, and if we get anymore, the drainponds are going to start overflowing...Sunday - 1.62", Saturday - 0.01", Friday - 0.33", so far today 1.05" and its currently pouring with more rain coming in off the ocean...I am so freaking bored being cooped up inside all day...today we had a few hours with some sun, the only problem is that most of the time the sun was out I was at school inside... correction...today so far its 1.21" as something was in my rain guage, I just removed it and that is what it came out to...still raining to...
EDIT: 9:57 totals so far: 1.51" and still raining
EDIT: finally stopped for now...rain gauge at 1.54" for today...if you wanna watch the obs from my wx station overnight, go here:

the data is from my Davis Wx Monitor II, mainly watch rain as we should have some more (God forbid) rolling off the ocean as the night continues...
