A frost advisory has been issued from the Pensacola area all the way to the Big Bend,and it will get pretty cold tonight as well.

I am SE of Jax along the river and the lows have been averaging 10 degrees warmer here than at the airport.
Our coldest winds from the NW have to blow across Jax and 3 miles of warm water in the St Johns River to get here and they are much warmer than at the airport NW of the city. The lows so far this year at the airport has been 37 and the low so far here is 49.
It rarely freezes here in a normal winter.
