I recently purchased the DVD version of BBC's The Buccaneers. I've had the VHS version for years, and wanted to recommend this movie to anyone who enjoyed Sense and Sensibility with Emma Thompson or the Colin Firth, Jennifer Ehle version of Pride and Prejudice, that I doubt will ever be topped. A 5-hour gem!
