i Network changes to ION Television, Legal Action Ensues...

Just last weekend, the i Network (Formerly Pax TV) has changed its name to "Ion Television" in an effort to revitalize the network.

However, the Positive Ions Entertainment Group in California continues legal action with ION Media Networks over the "ION" branding.

I use to watch Pax/i/ION, but after late 2006...what's the use of watching it?

Of course, I think the real reason why they've scaled back programming to only from 6PM to 11PM (Eastern Time) is because they're heavily in debt, according to information from Wikipedia.
