Their seems to be alittle spin just south of Panama in the East Pacific. It looks interesting.

This is not unusal. Their wet season typically begins in April with lots of diurnal convection, especially at night along the Pacific coast of Colombia. Rarely does anything develop in this area but, since the coast line is favorable, it could drift westward and develop south of Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua or Costa Rica. It's a tad early for EPAC storms but May storms are common there.

I agree. I also see a low-level rotation (possible LLC) in the vicinity of 8N and 87W. The possible system (and potential mid-level low) is under a weak anticyclonic flow. Some surface convergence is taking place near the circulation. Although I don't expect any development (due to low latitude coupled with shear and lack of convection over center), this is a good-looking system. This was a very nice find and intriguing observation, boca!
